Our 100mm polished silicon wafers offer prime quality single crystal monocrystalline material with tightly controlled electrical resistivity and thickness variation specifications. This product consists of 100mm diameter silicon wafers sliced from a single crystal ingot grown using the Czochralski (CZ) method. They have been either single side polished or double side polished to achieve exceptional thickness uniformity, particle performance, surface microroughness, and flatness specifications.

The Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 25 wafers.
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free US standard shipping for all orders. All orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground. Expedited shipping is available with extra fees. You can get an estimated cost on the check page. For international orders, you can get the estimated shipping cost on the checkout page as well.
What type and grade silicon do we use?
We use only prime grade single crystal silicon, grown through the precise Czochralski process, to guarantee wafer purity and crystal integrity.
What surface finishes can we supply?
We offer wafers with double side polish (DSP), single side polish (SSP), or Etched/Etched surfaces. Contact us for your preferred specifications.
What customizations are available?

How long does it take to ship my wafers with add-on films?
It takes about 3-5 weeks ARO to grow the films and ship your wafers.

In addition to our 4-inch (100mm) silicon wafers, we also supply sizes of 2”, 3”, 150mm, 200mm, and 300mm diameter. Other custom sizes may be available upon request.
